We’re looking for senior-level change management consultants who can help organizations successfully navigate transformation, technology adoption, and organizational change initiatives. 

Do you work as an independent consultant in one of the following change management specialties? Or are you currently employed and looking to start your own consulting business? If so, HPN would love to hear from you. 

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants 
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leads

  • Business Transformation Consultants 
  • Organizational Effectiveness Specialists

  • Communications & Change Consultants 
  • Training & Adoption Specialists 

Don’t see your exact title? We’re recruiting experienced change management professionals across most industries. If you’re passionate about helping organizations adapt to change, engage stakeholders, and achieve successful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. 

All Hilltop Partner Network members must meet our eligibility requirements for Independent Consultants: 

  • Senior level, able to independently lead a consulting engagement and/or staff a resource request engagement. 
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in your area of practice (e.g., Data Architect, OCM) or industry. 
  • Hold at least one verified industry-relevant certification or degree (e.g., PMP, TOGAF). 
  • Able to legally work in Canada and/or the United States. 
  • Able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
