Joining us as an Independent Consultant

Most of our members are Independent Consultants who work in a variety of fields and industries. What do they have in common? They are all experienced professionals who are experts in their chosen fields.

Whether you’re new to consulting or you’ve been doing it for years, joining the Hilltop Partner Network lets you tap into more opportunities and more resources to help grow your business.

 

Eligibility requirements:
  • Senior level, able to independently lead a consulting engagement and/or staff a resource request engagement.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in your area of practice (e.g., Data Architect, OCM) or industry
  • Hold at least 1 verified industry relevant certification or degree (e.g., PMP, TOGAF)
  • Able to legally work in Canada and/or the United States

Joining us as a Specialist Firm

These members are small and medium-sized businesses that provide a unique set of specialty services to their customers. They drive business development and contribute to the network’s overall capacity.

 

Eligibility requirements:
  • Small consultancy/organization or managed service provider (e.g., 5 – 80 employees or consultants)
  • $330k – $10m annual revenue
  • Focused on one or more:
    • Solutions – product & service offering (e.g., ERP, CRM)
    • Practice-based (e.g., Project Management, Cybersecurity) and focused in a specific region
    • Specialist managed services provider (e.g., managed security services)

  3. We’ll conduct reference checks and a Criminal Record Check for successful candidates.
  4. You’ll complete the new member paperwork and create your official consulting profile document.
