Al Moxam - Regional Development Manager, Victoria

Hilltop Partner Network is pleased to welcome Al Moxam to the team as a part-time Regional Development Manager for the Victoria area.

In his new role as Regional Development Manager, he will help to build relationships with prospective members and clients, and act as HPN’s representative in Victoria and on Vancouver Island.

Al has worked with the BC public sector many years and is excited to leverage his experience to promote HPN on Vancouver Island. Al joined Hilltop Partner Network in 2022 and was thrilled to join an organization that has already welcomed many of his former colleagues to the network as consultants from across Canada. The HPN model connects qualified, seasoned consulting professionals with clients to deliver high value results.

Al is an active council member with the Certified Management Consultants of BC and has strong ties with CMC-Canada. He has been a Certified Management Consultant since 2010, and holds his PRINCE2, Management of Risk, and Managing Successful Programs certifications from the APM Group. He also has his Prosci Organizational Change Management certification and is a Sigma Six yellow belt.

Al has delivered supported clients in health care, justice, environment, identity management, transportation, and the financial sectors. He is passionate about learning and is on a journey to expand his Indigenous awareness in the spirit of reconciliation. He is also a strong proponent of coaching and mentorship and looks forward to helping connect people and clients in the Vancouver Island market.
