Paul has led information security initiatives, including being responsible for security risk assessments and the development and implementation of security policies, and has held key roles in the implementation of several shared technical security solutions for his clients.

Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles such as Solution Architect, Security Architect, Technical Specialist, and Network Engineer. He currently holds CISSP, TOGAF 9, Prince2, SCP, SCF, ITIL v3, Prosci, CCNP Data Center, VCAP-NV certifications.

With a proven track record of facilitating interdisciplinary teams, coaching stakeholders, and aligning change management with strategic objectives. Katharina has a PhD from Ruhr University and currently holds CSM, CSPO, BT-PE, Prosci/ADKAR, and DEAM certifications.

With a proven track record in leading cybersecurity initiatives through the application of business and technical skills, plus project management and organizational change, John continues to drive transformative initiatives, driving organizational improvements and fostering enterprise growth. John has a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from Covenant University and currently holds CISSP,  TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, COBIT, ITIL, SAFe POPM, CSM, GRCP, and GRCA certifications.

Colin McDonald is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and transformational initiatives within both the public and private sectors. Colin was Manitoba’s first Provincial Chief Information Security Officer, where he provided leadership to a centralized Information and Cyber Security organization, and his appointment as Manitoba’s first Assistant Deputy Minister, Chief Information Security Officer further solidified his reputation as a transformative leader in highly complex environments.

Colin’s expertise encompasses cyber and information security program development, information security governance, enterprise security architecture, and IT risk and compliance management. He is renowned for his pragmatic approach, designing and overseeing large-scale programs with exceptional skill and effectiveness. Colin currently holds CA/P, CISM, CRISC, ADKAR Change Management, and ITIL certifications.
