This workshop aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently use ChatGPT in their work environment.
This proficiency, in turn, will optimize processes, enhance communication, and improve decision-making across a wide array of business sectors.
The meticulously designed workshop covers a diverse range of subjects such as organizing Hyper Intelligence sessions, brainstorming for new projects or or the whole value delivery system, synthesizing ideas, utilizing ChatGPT to measure value, stakeholder analysis, people management, project implementation, risk management, and conflict resolution, to name a few.
The instructors leading this workshop, Jose Finocchio and André
Choma, bring decades of experience in project management, business strategy,
and AI applications to the table. They have delivered this multiple times across diverse environments, each having received high praise from attendees.
The workshop will be conducted as an interactive live session via Zoom and is designed to span a total of six hours over two evenings.
