Welcome Joel Tetrault as Senior Software Developer

Hilltop Partner Network (HPN) is thrilled to announce that Joel Tetrault has joined our staff team as a Senior Software Developer.

Joel brings more than 11 years of professional experience building powerful, scalable, and secure software solutions across both high-growth startups and enterprise environments. His expertise spans the full technology stack, with hands-on experience in everything from building RESTful APIs and cloud infrastructure to designing robust user interfaces with React. He has a deep command of modern tools like Terraform, Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, and PostgreSQL, and he’s fluent in a diverse array of programming languages including Python, TypeScript, C++, and C#.

Prior to joining us at HPN, Joel worked at Grain & Protein Technologies, where he led the architecture and development of a cloud-based grain monitoring system (GrainVue), and has previously worked as a software developer for Evotrux, 151 Research Inc, Niche Technology, Above Security/Seccuris Inc. His portfolio includes SaaS platform development, DevOps pipelines, cloud cost optimization strategies, and even CI/CD-integrated Stripe payment automation.

Joel holds an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, where he earned multiple academic awards and distinction.
